Harmonie S.V. Annual General Meeting
Harmonie SV will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday June 20th, 2009.
The AGM is an opportunity for all club members to participate in the development of the
club, setting goals for the club and creating an organization that is an attractive option
for your leisure time. This club is whatever we make it. It is your club. Participate.
If there are topics you would like to discuss at the AGM please forward them to me and
I will add them to the agenda. Items not on the agenda may not be discussed.
The AGM is also the meeting where we hold annual elections for officers of the club.
Any member in good standing is eligible to hold a position as an officer of the club. Club
officers are President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. You must be present at
the AGM to vote.
Please RSVP to me via e-mail if you plan on attending the AGM. This is necessary so
we can arrange an appropriate venue.
